The "Lance" canyon is one of the pearls of the Verdon. It has many jumps, slides and abseils.
About the whole day sportive canyoning (Lance)
The Lance canyon is a sumptuous canyon in Haut Verdon, located near the medieval village of Colmars les Alpes.
It is aimed at a sporty, experienced audience who cannot be vertical due to its rappels and jumps which can exceed 10 meters in height.
The Lance canyon is passable from July to September. The strong spring flows (snowmelt) make the canyon difficult to access at this time.
July and August are the ideal months due to the accessible water levels and the slightly cooler water temperature...
This canyon is located in the Haut Verdon Valley, near Colmars les Alpes, between the sources of the Verdon and the first artificial lake of the Verdon, Lake Castillon.
For this canyon we will meet you directly at our base to prepare together the equipment necessary for the activity.
It offers the possibility of repeating jumps of 3 to 15 meters and of abseiling up to 25 meters.

- Duration : 5 hour (+ 1.30 hour walk to go and 10 minuts to come back)
- Difficulty : very sporty
- Minimum age : 14 years old
